Six to eight weeks minimum for most dates. For spring and autumn Saturdays in D.C. — three to four months is closer to reality if you want your preferred vehicle lineup. The dates that feel far away fill up faster than expected, especially in peak season. Book early, lock the details, and stop thinking about it.
Can you accommodate multiple pick-up locations for the bride and groom?
Yes — and most of our wedding bookings involve exactly this. Bride from the family home, groom from a hotel, bridal party from a different hotel entirely. We build separate vehicle assignments with coordinated timing into the itinerary from the start so every movement connects without gaps.
